Question by oyohan: What’s the best way to quit using cocaine?
I started to take cocaine casually a few years ago but now I binge about once a month. I’m getting concerned I have a problem but I don’t have the time to enter rehab. (Seems a little drastic for me) I’m looking for a way to quit on my own without letting everyone around me know.

lessen your amounts little by little until 0. just like rehab, the only problem is self control, can you do less and less and force yourself to follow the steps?
