I was consuming drugs for like almost a year now out of nowhere i stop just like that im guessing because my body is tired already its been a week now ive used crack cocaine every freaking day i would spend alot of money on that but i started to get scared now when i use it dont know why i would take a hit and i would panic and before it wasent like that i want you guys to give me an advise for me not to relapse again i dont wanna look back please help!
Yeah ive been to narcotics anonymus nope it didnt help me i think that would bring back what i did and its going to make me go back and i dont want to…

You need some form of therapy. It will help you look away from addictive thinking and behavior to a life drug free.

If you have the necessary funds Go on a trip where you cant find drugs like a island or a cruise, Or remember how empowered you felt when you were off drugs, and use that as leverage, or talk to someone you trust.
