Cocaine can cause heart enlargement, nostril collapse, and other things. It can cause heart attack as well because it is a stimulant and causes rapid heart rate. I’ve never done it, but an acquaintance of mine went through rehab for it. She said she was addicted after one try. Best avoid it.
