hi

Tonight is scared my wife and family and myself.!!

There was a incident and i ended up running up and down the street with a axe in my hand ready to use it. I saw red and would not listen to anyone. I kicked off big style. Lucky that everyone kept out of my way!. Im under the doctor for anxiety at the moment and they have tryed giving me antidepressants but the various ones they have tryed me on have made me ill with side effects. Im scaring myself, its not like me. I do not know what to do, its ruining myself and my loved one’s to the point of braking up my relationships. I feel like i need to die and releave everyone of the stress im giving them. My Doctor does not belive anything i say.

This is a cry for help before i really do something stupid!!!

I dont know why im angry thats just it! I suppose tonight the balance was tipped because someone tryed to push it. I was ready, willing and able to hurt! Lucky i guess they ran. After the red mist dropped i knew and saw it was the wrong reaction. And now a couple of hours on im just scared at what i could have done. Its true i feel suicidal, that’s because im scaring myself with feeling like this! and seeing my loved ones scared of me. not that i would hurt them, but protect them. which is probably why i picked up the axe and was ready to use it.

@ Christien, i respect your beliefs and Sentiment, but they will not help me in any way. Im a non believer in those sort of faiths.
