Question by Eyes have not seen…: DSM-IV for crack dependence…….?
woudl the code be 304.20 (cocaine dependence) since there is no “crack” in the DSM-IV??

It depends if the persons diagnosis and treatment is cocaine use, or issues that came from that, or something entirely different.
