I have binged many times on crack (former addict). I’ve only been clean a year. I’ve gone days smoking crack, plus I workout all the time. I always gave myself a week, and then I would go on like 4-5 mile walks for a few days, and then I would resume my normal workout schedule. Best thing to do….go to treatment.
I felt all the side effects, e.g., shortness of breath, panic type attacks, etc. Although cocaine metabolizes fairly quickly (I’ve passed drug tests around a week after smoking it), I always gave myself the 7-10 days before I started working out again.
Not sure that’s what you’re looking for, but maybe gives you an idea.
