Back in the days when i was in high school i used to do alot of drugs cocaine,weed,serenity,bars alot and i stopped doing all of them already bc of something that happened i almost overdosed but the problem is that sometimes out of nowere i start to panic and my heart starts to beat fast its really really scary and i dont know what to do i tought i had damage my heart but i went to the doctor and he said that my heart was healthy but idk why i keep getting panic attacks i got one today i hadnt had em since about a year what should i do

I have been clean for 13 months. I know exactly how you feel. I know it sounds lame but go to NA or AA meetings. That is what they are there for. You can hear experience strength and hope from other people who feel the same way. This is gonna be something that you will battle for the rest of your life. Just take it one day at a time and remember that every day you are away from that life is a miracle.
