Outwardly, I would say crystal meth. The images I have seen of those people are scary. I can’t think of anything about cocaine base that would make it worse than meth. I think this because cocaine is injected far less often, which reduces risk disease transmission. My Mother did heroin and cocaine for over two decades and she never looked as bad as the meth users.
