One hit, no. Over a long period, large consumption of almost any drug can alter the mind. Over a short period, honestly most drug could as well as long as MASS amounts were consumed.

Leo, Do not listen to what Tori has to say. A drug like cocaine is very dangerous and can be most dangerous the first time due to the body having a reaction. Brain damage is a 100% chance with a drug such as cocaine..the effect you get is due to the brains reaction which is un natural…you could develop physios, a permanent trip, addiction or go psychotic. Marijuana which is a plant unlike the random assortments of chemicals that make up cocaine can cause phycosis..and it is not a 1st time thing…it could be your 100th toke and all of a sudden, your body reacts…dont do it…it will ruin your life…you never hear of the guy that took cocaine once and was healthy and had a good life..main point you wanted to know is yes…cocaine does cause brain damage permanently and much more so than a week of alcohol drinking would.
