i keep telling my self i’l stop tommorow, but it never happends. i think im dependent on cocaine. ive been taking cocaine for the past 5-6 everyday. what can i do stop my self?
please don’t say drug clinic becuase im fed up, i cant keep talking to them, it’s not helping. i want to try something my own way………..anyone can help?

You can’t just stop doing drugs by yourself you need someones help. You don’t have to go to a clinic but you need a babysitter. lock yourself into a house or room no phone no way to the outside world. Make sure you have someone reliable that won’t let you leave. When you detox you will get really sick and want the cocaine but you need to fight the urge that is why you will need the babysitter. This will work if you really want to stop the drug. But it starts with you.
