I know this is a horrible thing to do, buy I was so overwhelmed, crying so hard, I couldn’t think of anything else to do. It was a mistake.
Anyway, I’ve recently stopped self harming.. I used to just scratch myself, but I was in so much pain today I used a box cutter and bled a tiny bit. Now they’re burning! How can I stop it from burning? I put ice on it.. But that didn’t really help.

i have done the same thing, aloe works and get a bag of ice and water and cover the wound for a hour or so

You may have got some kind of bacteria or insect in the cut. you may want to tell someone or go to the doctor.
