So I did a MASSIVE amount of cocaine lastnight. Not exactly sure how much, but more than I should have. I came home today, and my nose was fine, I didn’t sleep so I was realllly tired. But my cousin wanted me to take a ride with her so we get in the car and I feel my chest have this heavy weight of pain weighing down.

It hurts to breathe, and even to swallow I get these sharp pains in my upper chest. like right in between my boobs.. like down under there somewhere…

Question : Should I go to the hospital? Or will they send me to rehab, or call the police on me for doing cocaine… Im 20. and would they tell my mother or tell anyone? cause I reallllyy don’t want to deal with her mouth..

Go to the hospital. You are protected by HIPAA- they will not tell your mother unless you give consent for them to release your personal information. They will most likely not call the police unless you’re snorting rails off the bed or create an issue. They will not send you to rehab. Be honest with the physician so that they can best treat you. Better to go into the hospital than to stay home and die.

Cocaine can cause heart attacks, tachycardia, fever, etc. and can be very dangerous. Seek medical attention immediately!

Look at it this way. You could die and go to hell. Go see a doctor, get urself better, then go to jail.
