Why Do So Many People Think the Upside Down Crosses Are a Symbol of Satan?
Question by blahblahblah: Why do so many people think the upside down crosses are a symbol of Satan?
It originally is the Cross of St.Peter or the Petrine Cross. He didn’t want to be crucified the same way as “Jesus” so he did it upside down. Why do these stupid kids associate it with 666 hail Satan blah blah blah

It’s the peace symbol, which actually is an upside down, and broken cross that is a symbol of the antichrist…the one who brings the peace of the world instead of the peace of God.

an honest answer to your question is the Church is to blame for this. as with the the inverted cross, the pentagram was once associated with god and the church. but soon to follow the pentagram was associated with paganism, then the inverted cross was unholy and satanic. There is no real good explanation for the change, you might want to ask your local priest or preacher at the church you attend.
