i wouldnt use the the lotus unless ur diabetic or have problems with ur liver… main effects will be close to weed, but its not making u as sleepy/calm like most weed does…

weed has been used “long term” for more than 2000yrs without major problems (unless u smoke it).
lotus was always used to highten ur senses (shamans) and its main component is close/like cocaine, nicotine, strychnine, morphine, methamphetamine, mescaline.. so nothing i would really try/use. especially not over a longer period…
